Setup Time: 3-3.5 hours
Cancellation: You can cancel and reschedule your event, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.
Refunds: No refunds will be issued within one week of the event (unless a 20% refund of the total amount is paid beforehand). The deposit is non-refundable.
Conditions:
- You are responsible for carefully reviewing what you select on the website. If it indicates "deposit," this means a remaining balance is due.
- When you pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be settled no later than 1 day before your service date. Any payment made on the service day will incur a 50€ surcharge.
- If you fail to pay your outstanding amount on time, your service will be automatically cancelled, regardless of whether I am already at the hotel.
- You are responsible for ensuring you select the correct service date when booking online.
- You must verify my availability calendar or confirm my availability via WhatsApp message before booking on the website, as indicated on the site!
- If you have already checked in before my arrival, it is essential that the room be clean with your belongings organized and the bed made prior to the decoration service. Failure to meet these requirements will result in cancellation of your service.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
CAUTION : This is a deposit; you will need to pay the remaining balance no later than 1 day before the decoration date to maintain the reservation.
